Why Royce ERP exists

Royce ERP is built by Royce Technologies LTD, a Nairobi-based ICT company founded in 2020. We build ERP systems, bulk SMS and WhatsApp automation, AI automation, and custom software for businesses across Kenya.

We kept running into the same problem building and supporting ERP systems for Kenyan businesses: the accounting, payroll and compliance rules here — VAT, withholding tax, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, the Housing Levy, eTIMS — were always an afterthought bolted onto software built for somewhere else. Royce ERP is what we built instead: a proper ERP foundation with those Kenyan requirements built in from the start.

We don't just hand over a login. Every Royce ERP deployment comes with setup, configuration, training and ongoing support from the same team that builds the product — because software that doesn't get used properly isn't actually solving anything.
